1 Corinthians 12:31 NKJV
But earnestly desire the best gifts. And yet I show you a more excellent way.
The more excellent way that Paul was referring to was the Way of Love, the God kind of love. When I say “Love”, I am talking about “God” because God is love. Today, God will remind you of how much He loves you. The most difficult thing that you will ever believe is this, “That God loves you just as much as He loves Jesus.”
John 17:23 NLT
“I am in them and you are in me. May they experience such perfect unity that the world will know that you sent me and that you love them as much as you love me.”
Become God inside-minded of how much God loves you. Especially in this season of the pandemic of the corona virus. You need to grow and develop in God’s love because there are different degrees of it. We go from glory to glory.
1 John 4:16 NKJV
And we have known and believed the love that God has for us.
Many people know God loves them. If you ask them, they will say, “Yes, I know God loves me.” Yes, but do you believe it. We must know and believe the love God has for us. Many times, people are just mentally agreeing that God loves them. They have head knowledge of it, but they need to have heart knowledge, their own personal revelation. You must know it in your knower.
Let’s pray that. “God, give me my own personal revelation of how much You love me”.
You can’t ask your circumstances if God loves you. You will be tempted to say no. Your body. Your bank account But I’m not asking my circumstances or my body or my finances. I am asking the Word of God. And every time it says, “God loves me just as much as He loves Jesus.”
You have to ask the Word of God. Because everyday whether you feel loved or not, the Word still says, “that God loves you just as much as He loves Jesus.” The times when you don’t feel God is with you and you don’t feel His Love, especially now in these uncertain times of Coronavirus, this is the time when you better believe God loves you. You must believe that He is with you. You must believe that He will protect you. You must believe that He will provide supernaturally for you. Because it’s in those times when the devil is putting pressure on you and circumstances are putting pressure on you, that he lies and says, “where is your God now. I thought you said He loves you. If He loves you, then why is He leaving you in this situation”. That’s the time when you must say, “No devil. Love will not leave me. Love will find a way to help me”. Say that: Love Will Not Leave Me. Love Will Find A Way To Help Me
Hebrews 13:5-6 AMPC
…for He [God] Himself has said, I will not in any way fail you nor give you up nor leave you without support. [I will] not, [I will] not, [I will] not in any degree leave you helpless nor forsake nor let [you] down (relax My hold on you)! [Assuredly not!] 6 So we take comfort and are encouraged and confidently and boldly say, The Lord is my Helper; I will not be seized with alarm [I will not fear or dread or be terrified]. What can man do to me?
Don’t allow the devil to feed you all his lies and tell you that God does not love you. Don’t allow the sting of rejection and abandonment to turn you into a bitter person. Let God in and let His Love heal you and become a better person. Naomi changed her name to Mara (bitter). Don’t let life, people and circumstances turn you into a bitter person. Take your lemons and make lemonade out of it. Your Heavenly Father loves you just as much as He loves Jesus. Say this: “I choose to believe God loves me, because He said so. Love will not leave me. Love will find a way to help me.” Oh but Pastor, if God loves me then why is He letting all this happen to me. No, God is not letting no bad thing happen to you because bad doesn’t come from Him.
James 1:12-17 NKJV
Blessed is the man who endures temptation; for when he has been approved, he will receive the crown of life which the Lord has promised to those who love Him. 13 Let no one say when he is tempted, “I am tempted by God”; for God cannot be tempted by evil, nor does He Himself tempt anyone.
Don’t say it. Why? Your words blocks the connection between you and God.
14 But each one is tempted when he is drawn away by his own desires and enticed. 15 Then, when desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is full-grown, brings forth death. 16 Do not be deceived, my beloved brethren. 17 Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow of turning.
Don’t believe the lies of the devil. Your Heavenly Father loves you. Every good gift comes from Him.
John 10:10 NKJV
The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.
God is not trying to teach you something through that trial. He sent His Word to heal you and He sent The Holy Spirit to teach you. You need to have your own personal revelation of how much God loves you. Eg..when I go out for lunch. I come back and say, …and the disciple that Jesus loves. One of the reasons John was called the disciple that Jesus loves is because he confessed it. He said it all the time. John the Apostle lived the longest of all the other Apostles. He was the only one who never ran away. He had no fear. Perfect love casts out all fear. Now, I know that’s more difficult for those of you who never grew up in a loving family and in a loving environment. It’s difficult for you to comprehend right now how much God loves you. But you must start believing it by faith and not by feelings. But not only believe it but say it over and over and over until it gets down into your heart. Your KNOWER.
Say that: Love Will Not Leave Me. Love Will Find A Way To Help Me
God knows your weaknesses
What I love about God is this…He sees your weaknesses, He understands your struggles, He knows your inner pain and frustrations and yet He still chooses to love you as much as He loves Jesus. You see, some people the minute they get to see the other side of you, the side of you that God is still working on, your weaknesses and shortcomings, if they are not mature enough, will tend to reject you and leave you.
But not God. Let me help you with relationships. Every relationship has a reward and a cost. There are strengths and weaknesses. You must be prepared to manage both if you want to win at the game of life.
Psalm 139:13-15 MSG
Oh yes, You shaped me first inside, then out; You formed me in my mother’s womb. I thank you, High God – You’re breathtaking! Body and soul, I am marvelously made! I worship in adoration – what a creation! You know me inside and out, You know every bone in my body; You know exactly how I was made, bit by bit, how I was sculpted from nothing to something.
So you are not a nothing, a nobody. You are something and You are somebody. According to levitical law, the woman with the issue of blood was a nobody, an outcast. She could not be in society and in the presence of people. But after she touched Jesus, she went from being a nobody to a somebody. He called her “daughter”. She was now accepted and she belonged. Maybe you feel like that woman with the issue of blood today. You have been rejected and abandoned by family, friends and society. But don’t be angry and don’t be bitter. Run to Jesus. He will never reject you. He has already accepted and approved of you. You are His daughter, His son. Rest in His love for you today.
Say that: Love Will Not Leave Me. Love Will Find A Way To Help Me. God believes the best of every person including you.
Ephesians 2:10 NLT
For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things He planned for us long ago.
You are God’s masterpiece. You were not mass-produced. You did not come off an assembly line. You have been carefully handcrafted. You were fearfully and wonderfully made.
Don’t reject the love God has for you!
The religious people rejected the love Jesus had for them. He tried to reach out to them, but they refused.
Matthew 23:37, 38 AMPC
O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, murdering the prophets and stoning those who are sent to you! How often would I have gathered your children together as a mother fowl gathers her brood under her wings, and you refused! Behold, your house is forsaken and desolate (abandoned and left destitute of God’s help).
Don’t reject the love God has for you. Don’t murder and stone the people that God has sent to help you and love you. Don’t reject them. The ones who refuse Jesus and His love, and don’t want to have anything to do with Him and don’t want to obey and follow Him, their house is forsaken and desolate, abandoned and left destitute without God’s help. Don’t ignore Jesus. Don’t reject Him. Receive Him today. Some people hold onto people who hurt them and reject those who want to help them. It’s called reversed boundaries. Instead of letting out the poison and bad in them and opening themselves up to the good on the outside. They rather keep the bad in and reject the good that people have to offer on the outside. You must have gates in your fences.
Some people are lonely today because they build walls instead of bridges. Isolation is one of satan’s strategy that he uses to get people all alone, all by themselves and then goes in to attack.
Jeremiah 31:3 NKJV
The Lord has appeared of old to me, saying: “Yes, I have loved you with an everlasting love; Therefore with lovingkindness I have drawn you.
God loves you with an everlasting love. He’s love for you is eternal and His love for you is unconditional.
Jeremiah 31:2-4 MSG
This is the way GOD put it: “They found grace out in the desert, these people who survived the killing. Israel, out looking for a place to rest, met God out looking for them!” GOD told them, “I’ve never quit loving you and never will. Expect love, love, and more love! And so now I’ll start over with you and build you up again…
Say that: Love Will Not Leave Me. Love Will Find A Way To Help Me
It’s time to mature and become fully developed in God’s love. Because when you do, then fear will have no room in you. God’s love flushes fear out.
1 John 4:17-19 MSG
17-18 God is love. When we take up permanent residence in a life of love, we live in God and God lives in us. This way, love has the run of the house, becomes at home and mature in us, so that we’re free of worry on Judgment Day—our standing in the world is identical with Christ’s. There is no room in love for fear. Well-formed love banishes fear. Since fear is crippling, a fearful life—fear of death, fear of judgment—is one not yet fully formed in love. 19 We, though, are going to love—love and be loved. First we were loved, now we love. He loved us first.
Nothing can separate you from God’s Love. No sin, no mistake, no attack from the enemy, no lie, no rejection, no abandonment, no Coronavirus, not even death.
Romans 8:35-39 NLT
35 Can anything ever separate us from Christ’s love? Does it mean he no longer loves us if we have trouble or calamity, or are persecuted, or hungry, or destitute, or in danger, or threatened with death? 36 (As the Scriptures say, “For your sake we are killed every day; we are being slaughtered like sheep.” 37 No, despite all these things, overwhelming victory is ours through Christ, who loved us. 38 And I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God’s love. Neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither our fears for today nor our worries about tomorrow—not even the powers of hell can separate us from God’s love. 39 No power in the sky above or in the earth below—indeed, nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our Lord.
So nothing (no-thing) you do or say can stop God from loving you. Now that we know God loves us unconditionally, let us take His love to others as well. Let us love them the way He loves us. Especially in this time. Let us rest in God’s love. let us give His love to those who need it most.
Father, I believe the love You have for me. I receive the love You have for me. I know You love me because You said so. You love me just as much as You love Jesus. Your perfect love for me drives out all fear.
I am not afraid. I rest in Your love today. I place myself in Your loving care. I bring myself under Your hand of protection, provision and peace.
There is no condemnation for me. I am forgiven. I am cleansed and I am righteous. I trust You. I trust You to protect me, provide for me, watch over me and all that belongs to me, in Jesus Name. Amen.
